At Raydiall Automotive, we strongly believe that true customer support starts with a deep understanding of our products and their applications across the entire value chain, directly provided by our Sales Engineers.

We recently had the pleasure of hosting Venkata Teja N., our Key Account Manager from India, at our headquarters in Voiron for an intensive one-week training program, combining technical sessions and hands-on experience across our production and engineering teams.

This immersive training covered the full lifecycle of our high-speed connector solutions, from stamping processes to automated assembly, crimping, overmolding, and RF performance validation. It also included quality management practices, defect analysis, and laboratory testing methods to ensure the highest standards of reliability and performance.

💡 Why does this matter?

Because you expect the role of your day-to-day correspondent goes beyond supplying connectors.

We aim our sales engineers to:

✔️ Fully understand the needs of our direct customers (cable assy)

✔️ Anticipate the expectations of harness makers and OEMs designing next-generation vehicle communication platforms

✔️ Provide fast, relevant, and hands-on technical support

✔️ Share best practices to ensure optimal product assembly and performance

Through this training, our KAM has strengthened his ability to:

• Recommend the right technical solutions based on application constraints

• Support customers independently on complex technical queries

• Identify root causes of quality issues and differentiate between product and process deviations

• Guide customers in mastering crimping processes and preventing defects
